Experienced Management You Can Trust - Andrew Horstmann
Andy Horstmann is the Manager for the office at Chesterfield - West. A native of St. Louis, he worked hard to become one of the youngest Sous Chefs in the St. Louis area, and continued to move up the ranks to become an opening General Manager for a brand-new PF Changs. In 2011, Andrew switched gears from hospitality and took on a new career in Real Estate and has been at the top of his game ever since. With over 10 years’ experience, hundreds of properties sold, and multi-millions in sales, Andrew joined the Coldwell Banker Team in 2020 as assistant manager and was promoted to the Manager of the Chesterfield - West Office in 2021.
An avid baseball fan, Andrew is proud to manage the Chesterfield – West team, and act as the pitcher, leading the team of agents to be in the top three offices in the Coldwell Banker Realty – Gundaker brand. One of Andrew’s favorite things about managing and recruiting is the ability to work one-on-one with new and experienced agents, to either set new agents up for success, or elevate experienced agents to the top of their game. Andrew lives and breathes the Coldwell Banker Core 4 Value of helping agents live exceptional lives and works hard to create a “Culture of Awesomeness” in his office every single day.
Outside of Real Estate, Andrew is a family man. He and his wife, young son and grown daughter spend every minute they can together. They especially love spending time outside, hiking, camping, boating, etc. One of their favorite things to do together is catch a Cardinals Game at Busch Stadium.
