Property Status Meanings

ACTIVE - This property is offered for sale and has no accepted contract.
CONTINGENT W/KICKOUT - This property has an accepted contract that includes contingencies and includes a kickout clause.
CONTINGENT NO KICKOUT - This property has an accepted contract that includes contingencies but does not include a kickout clause.
CONTINGENT SHORT SALE - This property has a contract accepted by the owner subject to lender approval.
OPTION - This property has an accepted contract and is in the initial inspection period. Properties in this status will move to the Pending status when the inspection contingency expires.
PENDING - This property has an accepted contract. Properties remain in this status until they close or until 9 months past the expiration date. (PENDING properties are not displayed on property searches)
SOLD - This property has been sold and closed. (SOLD properties do not display on property searches, but may display when viewing an agent's past listings)
