Cherie began her Real Estate career in 1985 as a full time Agent. She became a Top Agent for her office, a status she maintained throughout her sales career. Since her appointment as Branch Manager of the Corporate Centre Sales Office, the ranking of the office has steadily increased. Her agents attribute this to the "atmosphere of success" she has created for them. Cherie received the prestigious Manager of the Year Award from the St. Louis Association of Realtors in 2002. She has also received the Coldwell Banker Gundaker Management Achievement Award in 1998, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2007, 2009, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Cherie is a member of the Saint Louis Association of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtor, and the National Association of Realtors.
