Professional Experience Am presently enjoying the transition from the most successful broker/manager in the State of Missouri to real estate sales again. My first year back in sales, 2009, I ranked 57th in the Coldwell Banker Gundaker Company and eighth in my office of in access of 200 sales associates. Achieved the President's Circle status. Enjoyed the accomplishments and position of broker/manager for the number one office in the largest company in the State of Missouri and one of the largest companies and offices in the country with whom I am now associated in sales. Achieved top sales associate in sales volume and closed business for many years prior to entering the management field. Closed in excess of one hundred transactions per year working with all types of transactions. While broker/manager grew the office from thirty-nine million in sales volume to seven hundred fifty million in sales volume. Responsible for supervising, training, educating these independent sales people as well as managing an administrative staff of ten additional employees. Responsible for overseeing the sales production, closing of sales and the expenses and profit of the office.
